Matthew J. Felts
Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development
Matthew Felts has served as our Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development, since January 2021 and primarily focuses on M&A, capital markets, and other strategic initiatives. Mr. Felts previously served as Director, Strategy and Corporate Development, from January 2019 to December 2020 as well as in various other roles since joining AGNC in November 2014.
Prior to joining AGNC, Mr. Felts served in Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised companies through mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and other strategic alternatives.
Mr. Felts received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
