American Capital Agency Corp.s 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, 7400 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland 20814, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
