REGARDING OUR 2011 ANNUAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS
Some of our stockholders may have received a notice regarding our 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (Annual Meeting) that stated the Annual Meeting was to be held on April 25, 2011 for stockholders of record as of March 4, 2011. This notice is to advise you that we are setting a new meeting date and record date and you should ignore the prior communication.
In connection with our Annual Meeting, we will be filing a preliminary proxy statement (the Preliminary Proxy Statement) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC). We will also be filing a definitive proxy statement (the Definitive Proxy Statement and collectively with the Preliminary Proxy Statement, the Proxy Statement) that will include the new meeting date and record date.
