OUR PEOPLE

Tom McHale has served as a Vice President and Assistant Secretary of our Manager, American Capital AGNC Management, LLC, since April 2011. He has also served as a Vice President of American Capital Mortgage Management, LLC, the parent company of our Manager, since our IPO. Mr. McHale is also a Vice President of American Capital MTGE Management, LLC, the manager of American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: MTGE) and of American Capital, LLC, the fund management portfolio company of American Capital, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ACAS). He has also served as Senior Vice President, Finance of American Capital, Ltd. since May 2006. He was previously Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations and Assistant Secretary of American Capital, Ltd. from 2002 to May 2006. Mr. McHale joined American Capital in December 1998.
